Welcome!
Keeping Fit, Active and Mobile is an important part of life and I want to offer affordable weekly classes in the community and online for those who do not wish to hold a Gym membership. Community classes are great for those who just want to dip in and out of classes when it suits them.
Yoga, Pilates are a great combination of classes that I offer in person and still have the choice of joining me online.
Sunday Yoga is a Great way to start the week with a Morning Movement Practice taking you through a different Sequence every week.
Fitness Pilates Improves muscular balance and strength, improves posture and core strength plus many many more benefits.
Fitness Pilates Classes – My Fitness Pilates Classes in 2026 have become increasingly popular so I now offer a Morning Pilates class which is suitable for all levels and 2 evening classes – Wednesdays which are every 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of the month, which I have called ‘Improvers Pilates’. Monday evening class is more for the Intermediate to Advance student.
